Large acrylic and pigment ink on matte board and wood panels. In my downtime I paint. This is how I meditate and refocus. Every deliberate stroke represents a notable moment in my day, week, year. Each color is a focused thought. When I look at these works I can see and feel the moments that fed each line and each color. I reflect on my decisions. I replay conversations. My whole body relaxes when I paint.
